I love this verse

5. For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 6. who gave himself as a ransom for all men--the testimony given in its proper time.

1 Timothy 2:5-6

Astoria, OR

Dan has been working like crazy, so this weekend we took a much need break away and drove up to Astoria. We loved it. I felt like I was in another country. We went to see the ships, Sea Lions (which we could hear loudly from our hotel room), wine tasting, Fort Stevens, Firefighters Museum and Astoria column. We went over the big bridge that took us into WA. We had a lot of fun and adventure...and some vomit on the way home.

Potty-Training

Mr. Pickle decided on Friday, Oct 3rd that he needed to use the potty. God is so great as I was dreading potty-training but Pickle just told us when he was ready and we went with it. This is a huge accomplishment for our little Gizmo. We are so proud of him.

Second child

When Pickle was a baby I was so sensitive to the influences around him. No way did he watch t.v. (he was not interested in it anyway). However, with Mr. Pookie....well as you can see it's quite different.
He LOVES cartoons!! Here he is locked on to the t.v. watching Go Diego Go! Yes, yes...bad mommy, I let my baby watch cartoons.

He will eat anything!

Pickle did not want the rest of his food, but no worries, it did not go to waste.
